I had no background of this book and thought it would be a fluffy love story. Boy was I wrong. Suspenseful, heartbreaking at times shocking! I couldn't put the book down except when I was mad at the choices the characters made. Talk about shock factor!!!
A gifted author can pull you into the world they built and let you forget yours. In this world I experienced love, loss, tragedy and hope. Emmy's life has been crushed and there is little hope for recovery or promise of a brighter future. Her life as she knows it has come to a sudden stop. She's frozen in time with a battle of her own, the will to live and move past crushing pain both physical and emotional that torments her.
Sexy Gannon is just what the doctor ordered... Or is he? Cocky is an understatement although he's an incredible friend to Hil. He has a side of him that throws darts at Emmy in her fragile state. That is the last thing Emmy needs. A friend and someone to believe in is what her soul aches for... Can he be that person? Read Frozen Dreams to find out.
I highly recommend this book. This is a new to me author and I'm so glad I agreed to read an ARC and am leaving my honest opinion of this book.
